Gorgeous brand-new hotel with competent and best staff members who were outstanding in friendliness and service. Location near to the boulevard and the sea, almost all tourist spots in Batumi and Right next to the beautiful beach. Nearby Nephele Sky Bar - great place to chill out.

The location was amazing, at a moderate distance from Dolphinarium Theme Park. The room was new-fashioned and neat, had a safe, TV and a mini bar fridge. The breakfast was lovely and with many varieties, the staff was very very helpful and amazingly attentive.

I had a fantastic experience during my recent stay at Hilton. The receptionist warmly welcomed me and even offered an early check-in and a free upgrade to a breathtaking sea view room. The room itself was beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, and the staff in the breakfast area were friendly and helpful. I also had a great time enjoying the Hotel's rooftop bar and Spa. I was extremely impressed with the hospitality and service provided by the staff at Hilton and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and overall the room was spotless. The staff were incredibly nice and consistently courteous and the pool was nice.

Love the location, sea and lake views, old Cafe Fantasy, excellent bedding and pillows. Liked the hotel, staff, and room. Great service, quick check-in, English-speaking staff, delicious food, prime location, friendly and kind staff.

The staff at Hilton Batumi were very helpful and contributed to the overall positive experience of our stay. The hotel had a great ambiance and provided all the necessary amenities for our comfort. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped with a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets. The location of the hotel was excellent and added to our enjoyment of our time in Batumi.
